What is the shelf life of your dog treats and how do they need to be
stored?
We bake your dog treats fresh for your order to give you the best
quality dog treats upon arrival. Our dog treats do not need to be
refrigerated. But they will last longer if you put them into a plastic
air tight container or Zip Lock Baggy. Most Treats will stay fresh
for 2 to 3 weeks. But They will probably be gone before then.
What are are the ingredients and are they safe for dogs?
Our ingredients our all Natural with no added
preservatives, additives, sugar or salts. We use the finest
quality baking ingredients, our treat decorations are
made with carob or yogurt. Yes everything we add to our
cookies our safe for dogs we never use Chocolate or
anything that would harm your dog.
Is carob the same as chocolate?
No. It is critical to understand that chocolate is VERY
DANGEROUS for any pet to consume. Never give your pet
any foods containing chocolate or chocolate by-products.
Chocolate contains theobromine and can be toxic to dogs in
large enough quantities. Theobromine is a compound in the
same family as caffeine.
After I place an order, how long does it take to process my order
and ship?
After placing your order online, it usually ships within
2 business days Monday - Friday. Due to Holidays,
orders may take longer and please allow extra time for
delivery. The day your items ship is not counted as a
shipping day. If you need your order by a specific
date, please allow for arrival a few days before your
celebration or event ! Currently not shipping to
Canada. No canceling orders after 24 hours of placing
your order with money back.
Is carob safe for dogs?
YES! Because carob contains none of the dangerous
ingredients found in the cocoa bean, like
allergy-producing antibodies or the caffeine stimulant
theobromine, which can be fatal to dogs, CAROB IS
COMPLETELY SAFE to give your pooch. It's the
canine confection they love to eat!
